Senior Frontend Developer

About This Role

TechNova is seeking a detail-oriented Frontend Developer to join our growing engineering team. You'll be responsible for turning complex UI/UX designs into high-quality code and ensuring responsive, accessible, and performant web experiences. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive web applications using React and Next.js
• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI components
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS
• Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
