You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or engage in any activity that could damage or impair our services.

All content, features, and functionality of Wionic, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Wionic and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Wionic a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

Certain features of Wionic may require payment. All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Wionic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wionic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wionic operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless both parties agree to alternative resolution.
