Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects across the Maldives. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects efficiently while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic construction environment.

Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from initiation through completion Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors Ensure compliance with Maldivian regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines Manage project costs and ensure projects remain within approved budgets Conduct regular site visits and supervise construction activities Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure quality control throughout all stages of construction

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum 2–5 years of experience in construction project management Proven experience managing building or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project controls Experience coordinating multiple contractors and site teams Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office tools Excellent leadership, and communication Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines
